Bancroft Graphics, located in Bancroft, Ontario, provides graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, print materials, and digital assets.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when making inquiries or purchases.

• Use our services for lawful purposes only.

• Not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our designs without explicit permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All pricing is outlined in quotes provided before work begins.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

• Due to the nature of design work, refunds are only available if work has not yet commenced or in cases of non-delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs remain the property of Bancroft Graphics until full payment is received.

• Clients receive usage rights upon payment but may not claim ownership of the original designs without a prior agreement.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes from our designs.

7. Revisions & Modifications

• Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in the agreement.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to make payments.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
